All products exported by Vegkart are sourced, handled, graded, packed, and shipped under strict quality control procedures.

The company follows internationally recognized quality and food safety practices, including:

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Global GAP (Good Agricultural Practices)

Where applicable, products are supported by relevant quality inspections, laboratory testing, and export documentation.

These practices help ensure product quality, hygiene, traceability, food safety, and compliance with applicable international import regulations.

• An advance payment of 60% to 80% is required before procurement, processing, packaging, and stock allocation.
• The remaining balance payment must be cleared before container stuffing, shipment, and release of shipping documents, as agreed between both parties.
• No shipment or export documents, including the Bill of Lading, will be released without completion of the agreed payment obligations.

Payment terms may vary depending on the order size, product category, destination, and mutually agreed contract.

All prices are quoted based on mutually agreed international trade terms (Incoterms):

• FOB (Free on Board)
• CNF (Cost & Freight)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

Prices may vary depending on product availability, seasonal conditions, quantity, quality, packaging requirements, transportation costs, and destination port.

Shipping schedules and freight arrangements will be mutually agreed upon before order confirmation.

• All export orders must be confirmed in writing.
• A signed Purchase Order (PO) or Letter of Intent (LOI) is required before order processing begins.
• Product specifications, quantity, grade, packaging, pricing, and delivery terms must be mutually agreed upon.
• Any changes to the confirmed order must be approved in writing by both parties.

Vegkart follows strict quality control procedures throughout sourcing, grading, sorting, packaging, and shipment preparation.

• Products are inspected according to agreed quality specifications and buyer requirements.
• Buyers may appoint third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna at their own expense.
• Additional laboratory tests, certifications, and special documentation must be requested in advance and may involve additional charges.
• Fresh agricultural products are subject to natural variations in size, appearance, colour, and seasonal availability.

Any quality-related concerns must be supported by appropriate inspection reports and submitted within the mutually agreed claim period.

• Products are packed according to international export standards and buyer requirements.
• Appropriate packaging materials are used to maintain product freshness and minimize transit damage.
• Temperature-controlled storage and refrigerated transportation (reefer containers) are arranged where required for perishable products.
• Pre-cooling and cold-chain handling are followed as applicable to the product category.
• Transit time may vary depending on shipping schedules, destination ports, customs procedures, and weather conditions.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Import permits and import clearance.
• Customs duties, taxes, and destination charges.
• Compliance with the destination country's food safety and import regulations.
• Providing accurate consignee and shipment details.
• Ensuring that the imported products meet local regulatory requirements.

Vegkart will provide standard export documentation required for the agreed shipment, subject to applicable regulations.

All shipments carried out by Vegkart are subject to applicable:

• Indian export laws and regulations.
• Agricultural and food safety requirements.
• Phytosanitary and plant quarantine regulations, where applicable.
• International trade and shipping standards.
• Destination-country import requirements, where applicable.

Vegkart shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, port congestion, shipping delays, customs restrictions, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

Both parties will communicate promptly regarding any such circumstances and work towards a mutually acceptable solution.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure:
